Day 2: Cardio Power & Resistance

Bottom line: I decided not to follow the Insanity rotation as suggested and am instead inserting aerobic weight training a few days a week. I am still thoroughly enjoying the pacing and variety in these workouts, and I love having to work out for less than an hour a day.

Day 1: Fit Test & Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Bottom line: I started this self-proclaimed "hardest workouts on DVD" system to change things up. I'm skeptical, but I won't complain if I lean up in the process. I did well on the initial fitness test, and I was surprised to discover that I love this style of working out!
